The Katto Utility knives are perfect for intricate board work, herbs and fish filleting. Each one is handmade using the sharpest Japanese steel and features an award-winning Equipoise weighted handle.

All Katto knives are made by hand in the Sheffield workshop and come beautifully wrapped in a custom box and ribbon. Katto include a lucky penny with every order as well as care instructions. A card scabbard is included as standard, however, we recommend the bespoke katto Leather Scabbards if you plan to store knives in a drawer.
