Haddonstone - Berenice Bust

A fine replica of an 1889 bronxe by the renowned Naples studios of Sabatino do Angelis. The enigmatic Berenice bust features fabulous corkscrew-curl hair and makes a striking addition to any garden or interior.
A member of the Herodian Dynasty that ruled the Roman province of Judea, Berenice had a tumultuous love life including an affair with the future Roman Emperor Titus. The original bust of Berenice is now displayed at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale in Naples.
