This Birchcroft single-story playhouse has its own 300mm balustrade veranda, two Perspex glazed windows and part Perspex glazed 600 x 1150mm door with decorative handle, piano style continuous hinge and magnetic catch. The verandah is included in the overall size. The side window can be fitted on either side.

Price includes 20kg green mineral roofing felt and fixing kit.
