Recommended. Long, thick, pure white stems of mild flavour. Excellent for exhibition if sown in January under glass.
Extremely hardy, and particularly useful in cold areas. For exhibition sow January-February under glass at 18-21 degrees centigrade. For general purpose sow March-April outdoors in prepared seedbed for use from October to April according to variety.
