Smooth-skinned roots of the fine colour, ideal for exhibition. Resistant to bolting and recommended for early sowing.

For early crops choose a bolt-resistant variety and sow March-early April. For use in summer and autumn make successful sowings of suitable varieties from late April to July. Store roots in dry sand, soil or peat for winter use.
