The roof overhang is 300mm without verandah. Two opening windows as pictured are supplied as standard. The front windows do not open.
The photograph shows 2690x1790mm with optional 900mm verandah. All windows are properly morticed and tenoned, they are opening, profiled and weather resistant. The brass casement stays have 2 levels of opening.

Eaves height internal 1790mm . Ridge height over 2110mm . Wall framework 45 x 45mm spaced at not more than 800mm.
