The walls are concrete panels, machine vibrated and re-enforced with steel mats to give maximum strength. The exterior finish is hard wearing and maintenance free Canterbury Spa Stone. All panel joints are sealed with natural colour mastic. There is a free option of 7ft wide Henderson Merlin steel up and over doors (6ft 2in clearance height) with improved security locking or Traditional Timber doors (6ft 4in clearance height) glazed or fully boarded.

Concrete garages are erected FREE OF CHARGE throughout the UK
Delivery is approximately 6 - 8 weeks.

The roof is constructed of corrugated cement fibre sheets on purpose made welded steel trusses. Gutter and dowpipe are fitted as standard on all Pent Roof Garages. Gutters and downpipes on Apex Roof Garages are optional extras. One free fixed window 4ft wide and 2ft 6in deep is supplied with each single garage and two free fixed windows are supplied with each double garage if required, more windows can be supplied and fitted as optional extras.

• Up and over doors come in colour coat finish, suitable for painting. These doors have an advance design with overhead tension spring for correct balance and complete safety and multi point locking.
