These summerhouses are hand built by a team of enthusiastic, highly skilled workers and members of the Guild of Master Craftsman.
Each unit is constructed with a 72mm x 45mm tanalized frame and clad with 22mm thick pressure treated tanalized tongued and grooved cladding.

Heavy duty 22mm tongued and grooved floor on 45mm x 45mm floor joists.

Double Georgian Doors 3ft 5in (1050mm) opening x 6ft 2in (1880mm) high
38kg roof felt supplied as standard with an aluminium ridge cap for a perfectly straight top. Felt shingles available as optional extras.
Please ask for details regarding roof and window box overhangs before constructing your base. A solid purpose built, flat, level and square concrete raft or paving slab base is recommended with a set of floor bearers.
Opening windows will be fitted to maximise the side walls, and fixed windows to either side of the double doors.
