Delivery

Please see individial product details for current delivery times. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field (claims for damaged or missing items can only be accepted when goods are signed as "unchecked"). If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number. Delivery will automatically be attempted on the following working day. Any further attempts will incur extra delivery charges. Please call the number to arrange for redelivery or collection.

Goods are priced in UK sterling. For delivery to any country outside the UK please telephone +44 (0) 116 2677091.

If you are a Premier Shopper you can sign-in using the login section at the top of the page and check your order's status. This will notify you if an item is out of stock or when it has been delivered.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Birstall Garden and Leisure we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.

We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely in original packaging and send to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since Birstall Garden and Leisure cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
